Unlimited & Co.’s Founder is a Puerto Rican woman that resides in Tampa, Florida with her husband and her son. She is a Compliance and Regulations professional, with a background on chemist, regulations and manufacturing operations. As Entrepreneur she likes to inspire people and promote self-care. She strongly believes that Life has UNLIMITED possibilities and encourages women to connect with their values, mind and soul through self-care.

There is no single definition of self-care, but it is often described as performing simple actions to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Many of us have so many responsibilities in life that we forget to take care of our personal needs. And while it’s hard to prioritize when you have so many other items on your to-do list, self-care should be the most important aspect of our life.
Socially, there is a fallacy that practicing self-care is being selfish however, focusing on your emotional, mental, and spiritual stability doesn’t take away from others. Selfishness excludes others, while self-care does not, and meeting our own needs makes us better prepared persons to meet the needs of others.
Unlimited & Co. concept of self-care is to build the behavior of care enough about yourself, is a way to look inside yourself and take care of your own needs. It is a way to recover or discover something that nourishes your soul and brings joy and care enough about yourself to make room for it in your life. We are a movement that reminds and inspires other women to develop strong bonds with their inner selves and fulfill their needs as individuals.
