Please keep in mind the order process time and the USPS shipping time are two separate timelines.  The shipping time you see when you choose the shipping service at checkout does not consider our order processing time.  

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic you could expect certain delays in shipping times.  

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We currently offer 2 Shipping services and the following are the shipping times according to the USPS website:

- Priority Mail- Shipping in 1-3 business days.  Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days depending on where your package starts and where it’s going.

- USPS Priority Mail Express- Overnight to 2 days.  Overnight delivery is available to most U.S. addresses and PO Boxes.

Order Status

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at unlimitedandcompany@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
